About the Proposal

The purpose of the application is to rezone the lands in the mixed-use Charlesworth area, which is envisioned as a pedestrian-friendly community commercial area that includes commercial, residential, office, entertainment and institutional uses. 

Open House

December 13, 2017

Citizens were invited to a public meeting at Ellerslie Campus School about a proposal to rezone property on the southwest corner of 4 Avenue SW and west of 50 Street SW.

The meeting was an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and provide feedback to the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council for a final decision on the rezoning.

Open House Feedback

There were 16 people at the December 13, 2017 open house.

The feedback from the open house, along with other responses received after the first public notification of the application, is summarized in the What We Heard Report.
