January 3 - Property Assessment Notices mailed to all property owners  

March 12 - Complaint filing deadline for property assessments

March/April - Province invoices City for the education tax requisition which the City must collect from property owners through the property tax system

May 18 – Property Tax notices mailed to all property owners

June 15 - Deadline for inquiries into monthly payment program

June 30 - Deadline for payment of property taxes
