Composting Education Centre

All the information you need to start composting is available at the John Janzen Composting Education Centre. An interpreter is available on weekends from Victoria Day to mid-August to answer any composting questions or provide a tour of the facility. 

We're open year round, but see our hours of operation before going.

School Programs

Teachers are invited to bring their students to the John Janzen Nature Centre for hands-on tours, nature walks, and activities. When a field trip is not possible, our interpreter will be happy to visit your school.  Call 780-496-5404 to book your program.
