Collection Schedule
To find out your collection zone and access your waste collection schedule, please go to the My Property page.Enter your house number into the "House" field and your street or avenue into the "Street" field.
Quadrant: Most Edmonton houses are in the NW quadrant (west of Meridian [1st] Street and north of 1st Avenue).
Select "Waste Collection Schedule" and your schedule will appear.
If your schedule does not appear:

| Winter collection of your waste takes place from November to February. Pick up days will be different every week. Please check your 2009/2010 Waste Collection Schedule for the collection dates in your neighbourhood. |
Ensure you have Acrobat Reader installed.
Ensure you have the correct city quadrant selected. Most Edmonton houses are in the NW quadrant (west of Meridian [1st] Street and north of 1st Avenue).
Temporarily allow pop-ups:
Windows Internet Explorer and Google and Yahoo! toolbars contain pop-up blockers which, if enabled, need to be temporarily disabled to access the schedule.
Hold Control (Ctrl) key when clicking on the Waste Collection Schedule button to temporarily disable antivirus pop-up blocking.
To receive a schedule via e-mail:
Send an e-mail to wasteman@edmonton.ca stating you would like a collection schedule. Include your complete address (including quadrant if other than NW) so we can determine which collection zone you are in.
A schedule will be e-mailed to you by the end of the next working day.
