Seasonal Sewer Pricing

On July 1, 2003, Drainage Services implemented new pricing to address customer concerns about paying sewer charges for water used outdoors that doesn't enter the sewer system. Seasonal sewer pricing is in effect from April to September and uses the winter average water use plus 5 m³ to estimate the amount of water that goes into the sewer system.
