Properties adjacent to Stormwater Management Lakes, ravines, or top of banks that have a right-of-way, easement, or restrictive covenant registered, require to display the locations and elevations of all features to be constructed in the Lot Grading Certificate before requesting for inspection or re-inspection. Examples of the features are: deck, fire pit, pond, path, bridge, retaining wall, building, raised garden, unusual grade alteration, and etc.
