Brownfield Redevelopment Grant Program
Brownfields are lands where industrial or commercial activity occurred that may require cleaning up before redevelopment can take place. The Brownfield Redevelopment Grant Program is a pilot program that promotes development of such lands by helping cover some of the clean up costs.
This program has fulfilled its applicant capacity mandate and is now closed for registration purposes until otherwise posted.
Accepted applicants to the program will have until September 1, 2011 to comply with the program conditions in order to receive the grant as offered.
The City of Edmonton Environmental Sites Commitee is monitoring the progress of this program. New developments will be posted as they happen.
