Enforcement
Enhanced legislation for graffiti management in the Community Standards Bylaw 14600 took effect on April 1, 2008.
This enables bylaw officers to work with property owners to remove graffiti promptly and, if necessary, issue tickets or take remedial action with those who do not remove it.
Edmonton Police Service will investigate graffiti crimes and pursue charges against graffiti offenders whenever possible.
