Litter Audit 2010
Way to go Edmonton!
The anti-littering efforts of nearly 5,000 dedicated volunteers, businesses and communities, together with the City of Edmonton, are beginning to pay off.
The 2010 Litter Audit shows a 29% reduction in litter on our streets.
The City’s cleanup efforts also received national recognition. Edmonton was awarded the 2010 Communities in Bloom’s Tidiness Award.
The positive results, the national recognition and tidier streets are a direct result of the time, commitment, money and energy of our various supporters. They truly believe that a clean Edmonton is a shared responsibility. Thank You!
