Sewers and Water

Drainage Services provides service and maintenance of sewer and stormwater systems. However, homeowners may request or petition the City to address specific improvements. The City has long-range plans for improvements to the system. Consult our information about local improvement financing, and check out the City's Financing New Sanitary Trunk Construction before proceeding with an improvement request (emergency services do not fall under this category).

Drainage Services pays EPCOR to respond to billing inquires, therefore any customer calls related to the utility bill should be handled via the EPCOR Contact Centre at 780-310-4300.
