Open Government Data Initiative (ODGI)

The City of Edmonton's open data catalogue is powered by OGDI, a Microsoft open source project. OGDI provides web services to access and query data stored in the Windows Azure platform, providing direct access to pre-filtered data in a variety of formats. OGDI is distributed under the Microsoft Public License (Ms-PL).

Vancouver's Open Data Catalogue and Toronto's OpenTO initiative

We would like to thank Vancouver and Toronto for their data catalogue work, including developing clear and understandable Terms of Use for open data in Canada.
