Terwillegar Park Road Re-opens

Terwillegar Park Road has re-opened. The road was temporarily closed on Friday, March 5. Spring thaw had made the road impassable by vehicle.
Regular access to the park has resumed. Terwillegar Park is one of the City’s more popular parks and is used by many different groups, including dog owners who use the park’s off leash area, skiers, walkers and cyclists.
The road is scheduled for paving in 2010. Currently, Parks is working on a construction plan to begin paving in mid to late July.
