A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposal to amend the Downtown Area Structure Plan and to amend the Zoning Bylaw from DC2 to DC2 located at 9925 Bellamy Hill.
This rezoning would allow for the development of a 31-storey apartment building consisting of 100 residential units on top of a three-storey parkade.
