A public meeting is being held to discuss the proposed rezoning for 10903–77 Avenue NW to accommodate a hair care business. The proposed zone, a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2), contains regulations to increase compatibility with the surrounding residential development and permits the conversion from the commercial use back to single detached housing in accordance with the current Low Density Development Zone (RF3).
An amendment to the Belgravia, McKernan, Parkallen Community Development Plan is required to reflect the proposed zone change.
