Proposed Changes to Kennedale Industrial Area Structure Plan

A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposed change to the Kennedale Industrial Area Structure Plan.
Date: Tuesday June 15, 2010

Location: St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, 6614-129 Avenue
The proposed change would designate properties located at 13003-56 Street and 13020-56 Street as Public Utility District instead of Medium Industrial; close a portion of the 56 Street right-of-way located north of 130 Avenue and south of Sherin Road, and rezone two properties from (IM) Medium Industrial Zone and (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone to (PU) Public Utility Zone.
The application is to accommodate a Traffic Field Operations complex which includes office, parking and storage space needed for the City of Edmonton Transportation Department's operations.
