Proposed Change to Local Plan and Zoning in McCauley

A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposed amendment to the Boyle Street/McCauley Area Redevelopment Plan and the Zoning Bylaw for an existing minor service station at 10604 - 95 Street.

Location:  Santa Maria Goretti Centre, 11050 – 90 Street

The intent of the amendments, from Low-Rise Apartment (RA7) to Neighbourhood Convenience Commercial (CNC), is to bring the current use, a minor service station, into conformity with the Bylaw and ARP.
