A public meeting is being held to discuss changes to the Strathcona Area Structure Plan and Zoning Bylaw for properties located at 10128 - 88 Avenue and 10149 Saskatchewan Drive.

Changes to the Zoning Bylaw from (RF3) Low Density Development Zone and (DC2) Site Specific Development Control to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control would allow expanded commercial use on the building’s main floor and update the parking to accommodate the uses on site.
