Proposed Amendments for the Klarvatten Neighbourhood

A public meeting is being held to discuss proposed structure plans and zoning amendments in Klarvatten neighbourhood for lands located west of 82 Street and north of 180 Avenue.

17330 - 91 Street, Edmonton

The proposed amendments will:
  • Remove the Neighbourhood Commercial designation in the Edmonton North Area Structure Plan.
  • Redesignate Medium Density Residential uses to Low Density Residential uses in the Klarvatten Neighbourhood Structure Plan.
  • Rezone the subject lands to allow for development of single detached and semi-detached residential uses.
