Proposal to Develop Apartment Building in Baranow Area

A public meeting is being held to discuss a four-storey apartment building proposed for the Baranow Area.
Date: Thursday, December 2, 2010
Time: 7pm
Location: St. Timothy Catholic Elementary School, 14330-117 Street NW
The public meeting will discuss a proposed rezoning application for the site located at 14904-125 Street NW.
The successful application would allow the development of a 108-unit, four-storey apartment building, with a maximum height of 12 metres and underground parking. A pedestrian path is also proposed to connect the site to the adjacent Buddhist Temple to the west.
The meeting will allow the public an opportunity to provide comments, ask questions and learn about the planning process.
