A public meeting is being held to discuss a four-storey apartment building proposed for the Alberta Avenue neighbourhood.

Location: Norwood Legion (Basement), 11150 - 82 Street NW
The applicant is proposing the development of a 24-unit, four-storey low-rise apartment building located west of 94 Street and south of 112 Avenue, with a maximum height of 16 metres and underground parking with access from the lane. This requires some rezoning and a proposed amendment to the Norwood Neighbourhood Improvement Plan (Single Family use to Multiple Family use).
The meeting will allow the public an opportunity to provide comments, ask questions and learn about the planning process.
