New Neighbourhood Plan in Windermere Area

There has been a Neighbourhood Plan submitted for a new community in the Windermere area.

Location: Windermere Golf and Country Club - 19110 Ellerslie Road
A public meeting is being held to discuss the proposed Keswick Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP).
The proposed plan includes a mix of residential, commercial, institutional uses and boasts a central greenway system that provides direct access to the North Saskatchewan River Valley from the eastern side of the neighbourhood. At full build-out, the Keswick neighbourhood will accommodate approximately 18,000 people.
