Find Out More About the Southeast and West LRT

Information Sessions to be held in November
The City is recommending a Concept Plan for the future Southeast and West LRT. These two plans determine details such as:
- how the LRT tracks would fit in the approved route;
- where LRT stops would be located;
- how access would be provided to communities and businesses.
Information sessions will be held to share the facts about these plans.

The same presentation will be offered at 4:30pm and 7pm, followed by Q&A. On November 24 and 30, information on the Downtown LRT Connector will also be available.
The Southeast and West LRT Concept Plans will be presented to a non-statutory public hearing at the Transportation and Public Works Committee on December 8, 2010.
An information report on the Downtown LRT Connector will also be presented to Transportation and Public Works Committee on December 8. Further planning will be completed to finalize the Downtown LRT Concept Plan in early 2011.
