Drive-in Food Services Proposed in Canon Ridge

A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposed rezoning amendment for new commercial services on a property in Canon Ridge.

Location: St. John Bosco Parish Catholic Church, 13503-40 Street
The rezoning would accommodate a gas bar, convenience retail store and drive-in food services for a property located at 12621 Victoria Trail. The existing DC2 zoning allows for ‘Gas Bar’ and ‘Convenience Retail Store’ uses, but an amendment to the DC2 is required to add ‘Drive-in Food Services’ to the list of permitted uses.
