A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposed rezoning in the Woodcroft Neighbourhood and the potential impacts it may have on the surrounding neighbourhood. The proposed rezoning is from RF5 (Row Housing Zone) to RA7 (Low Rise Apartment Zone) to allow for a 3 storey, 29-unit apartment building at the northwest corner of 114 Avenue and 135 Street.
