Taxes Due by June 30

Edmonton homeowners have two weeks left to pay their taxes without facing late payment penalties.

“Property owners are reminded that property taxes are due June 30th,” said Rod Risling, Manager of Assessment and Taxation Branch. “Taxes can be paid through banks, at City Hall, by telephone, ATM or internet banking, or by mail. Your tax notice includes more details on payment methods and locations.”

If you have not yet received your 2009 City of Edmonton Property Tax Notice, please call 311 or email taxinquiry@edmonton.ca. Late payment penalties will be applied after the June 30th due date. Failure to receive a tax notice is not sufficient reason for late payment.
