A public meeting will discuss the proposed amendment to the Wild Rose Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) and the Zoning Bylaw from (RA7) Low Rise Apartment Zone to (RSL) Residential Small Lot Zone.
The amendment is to change the site's land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential. Rezoning the site will allow for single detached housing. The property is located on the south west corner of 17 Street and the future 34 Avenue.
