Public Meeting on Proposed Boyle Street/McCauley Area Amendments

A public meeting is being held to discuss a proposal to amend the Boyle Street/McCauley Area Redevelopment Plan and to amend the Zoning Bylaw from (CB2) General Business Zone, (RA7) Low Rise Apartment Zone, and (AP) Public Parks Zone to (DC1) Direct Development Control Provision.
Boyle Renaissance is a City-led initiative that will include a number of supportive housing components with medium-rise residential density. The proposed plan amendment and rezoning will accommodate low to mid-rise mixed use residential development with recreational, cultural and community-related facilities.
