A public meeting will discuss the proposed Maple Ridge Industrial Area Structure Plan. The proposed plan will consider light and medium industrial uses and two smaller business service areas as well as parks and open space (i.e. Fulton Creek) and locations for new storm water management facilities.
The Plan will acknowledge the existing Maple Ridge Mobile home park as residential, existing public utility and urban services and provide a policy for transition of the Hurstwood country residential area to compatible industrial uses.
