8-Storey Apartment Building Proposed in Southwest Edmonton

A public meeting is being held to discuss the proposed rezoning from (AG) Agricultural Zone to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision for lands located at 11189 Ellerslie Road SW. The site is located southwest of the intersection of Ellerslie Road and 111 Street within the Rutherford Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan (NASP) area.

The proposed rezoning conforms to the Rutherford NASP and would allow an 8-storey apartment building with 105 residential units, underground parking and enhanced landscaping.
