Edmonton Marks National Addictions Awareness Week
November 10, 2009
Edmontonians are shining a light on the effects of addictions on individuals, families, and the community during National Addictions Awareness Week (NAAW) November 15 to 21.
The City of Edmonton and its partners are hosting two events to increase knowledge and awareness of alcohol, tobacco, drug, gambling and other addictions. National Addictions Awareness Week is also an opportunity to celebrate people who have overcome their addictions. Both events are open and free to the public.
