Code of Conduct

 

All City of Edmonton employees are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. The Code explains expected rules of behaviour, states values, provide guidance and recommends action so that all employees know exactly what is expected of them. Following the Code creates an environment that encourages a specific standard of behaviour, lessens confusion and promotes equality within the work place.
