The public engagement approach at the City involves equal respect between Council’s long term strategic direction, the technical expertise of City administration and the local knowledge of Edmontonians and stakeholder groups.

September 2017

We conducted a survey to understand citizens preference around Park and Ride facilities in Edmonton. The information collected will help us plan for future Park and Ride regarding potential locations, type of lot, price, walking distance and other amenities. Specifically, we wanted to understand which factors might influence Park and Ride choices in the future.

Edmontonians who participated in the survey could enter to win an iPad Mini 4 or 1 of ten $50 Visa Gift Cards.

The grand prize winner of the iPad Mini 4 was Randi L.

The winners of the ten $50 Visa Gift Cards were: Ann B., Anna G., Barbara T., Dorothy T., Jon H., Kimberly L., Leslie R., Noe G., Seanna C., and Xenia C.

March 2017

We conducted an online survey in March 2017 to gather information from Edmontonians about the current Park and Ride system and about how we should provide Park and Ride in the future. We asked to hear from all Edmontonians regardless of Park and Ride use.
