There are a number of ways you can get involved with Edmonton's government. City Council encourages your participation. Council knows the value of a healthy dialogue between the municipal government and its citizens. Input from members of the public helps Council to gain the best possible perspective on issues under their consideration.
For all suggestions and concerns, you can phone your ward Councillor, write a letter or meet directly with a Member of Council.
Public hearings and community meetings allow Council to canvas a wide segment of the community. Everyone is welcome to attend.
If your issue is related to a specific Committee, Public Hearing or Council agenda, you may request to speak at the relevant meeting.
You may also submit a petition to City Council.
