Subdivision and Development Appeal Board

Description/Purpose:

The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board hears appeals from people who have been affected by a decision of the Development Authority under the Zoning Bylaw and the Subdivision Authority under the Subdivision Authority Bylaw.

Meetings:

Board members are scheduled for hearings on a rotational basis.  Most hearings are held on a Thursday, commencing at 9 am and often finishing in the evening.  Professional development sessions and other meetings are held from time to time throughout the year.
