Request a Meeting

Mayor Mandel receives and accepts requests for meetings on a wide variety of subjects related to the interests of the City and its citizens. Although the Mayor's schedule is often booked well in advance, we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note, meetings:

  • Must be requested in writing
  • Are scheduled at the first available opportunity
  • Are generally scheduled to take place at the Mayor's Office

Once we have reviewed your meeting request, we will let you know if Mayor Mandel is able to meet with you. Due to the number of requests received, the Mayor may ask that you meet with a staff member in the Mayor's Office, a Councillor, or another City of Edmonton employee.

Processing time for requests varies. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 weeks and would like to check on the status of your request, please call 496-8100.
