Mandate
The Office of Public Involvement helps City departments provide a consistent approach to public involvement processes they may undertake.
Services
The office provides to Council and Administration:
• Consulting and advice related to City Policy C513
• Training and orientation regarding public involvement
• Information and referral regarding public involvement
The Office of Public Involvement also works toward increasing public awareness and understanding of City Policy C513.
From time to time, the office partners with other organizations to better promote awareness and understanding of public involvement.
