Invite the Mayor to an Event
Mayor Mandel attends many special events, ceremonies, and celebrations throughout the year. To invite the Mayor to your event, why not take advantage of our easy-to-use

Due to the number of invitations the Mayor receives, it helps if you give us as much notice as possible. Please send your invitation at least six to eight weeks in advance of your event.
Once we have reviewed your invitation, we will let you know if Mayor Mandel is able to attend. If he's not available, we can also forward your invitation to the Deputy Mayor or another member of City Council to see if they are able to attend on the Mayor's behalf.
Processing time for requests varies. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 weeks and would like to check on the status of your request, please call 496-8100.
