Greater Edmonton Foundation -- Seniors Housing

Description/Purpose:

The Greater Edmonton Foundation manages a portfolio of quality affordable housing for seniors and offers supportive living services. The residences, including apartments, lodges and duplexes, offer a community-oriented lifestyle that provides seniors with a home environment and a good quality of life.

The Foundation was established by Ministerial Order No. H:158/95 under the Alberta Housing Act. The City of Edmonton appoints board members.

Meetings:

Board meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 9am in various Greater Edmonton Foundation sites. Committee meetings are held every 2 months from 2 to 4 hours.
