Flying a Special Flag at City Hall

Organizations can request to fly a Special Flag at City Hall to recognize significant dates such as

  • National declarations
  • Special anniversaries

Providing the following information will help us process your request:

  • The reason your organization would like to fly a special flag
  • The date for the flag raising
  • The length of time you would like the flag flown

As your request needs to be in writing, why not take advantage of our easy-to-use

Please send us your request at least four to six weeks in advance of your deadline.

Processing time for requests varies. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 weeks and would like to check on the status of your request, please call 780-496-8100.
