Customer Information Services (CIS) offers a full range of customer service options to both the citizens and City of Edmonton employees. 311 and Inside Information, the City’s external and internal contact centres, and the City’s Website are part of the Customer Information Services (CIS) area.

311 provides citizens with 24 hour information and access to City of Edmonton programs and services.
Inside Information
Provides procurement, human resource and information technology services and information to City staff
Web Services
Maintains design and oversees the content for the City’s website, edmonton.ca and ecity, the internal website for City staff.
