Celebratory Scrolls

Celebratory scrolls (also known as certificates) are provided for anniversaries, birthdays, retirements, official openings, athletic championships, and for outstanding community service. They are signed by the Mayor on behalf of City Council.

Birthdays and wedding anniversaries:

25^th wedding anniversaries and up
65^th birthdays and up

Customized scrolls

To individuals, businesses and organizations on milestone occasions
Athletics champions – winners of provincial, national or international competitions

Please send us your request at least four to six weeks in advance of your deadline.

Processing time for requests varies. If you have not heard from us within 2-3 weeks and would like to check on the status of your request, please call 780-496-8100.
