Making Payments

Payments for the following items are accepted at the customer service counter located on the 5th floor at 10250 - 101 Street. Office hours are from 8am through to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. This office is closed on statutory holidays.

 Please remember to provide the invoice or bill.

  • Ambulance Bill
  • Mechanical Permit
  • Building Permit
  • Parking Fine
  • Business Taxes
  • Parks & Recreation Billing 
  • City Property Rental Bill  
  • Property & Meter Permit

Payment Types

Payment types we accept are Cash, Personal and Company Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Debit Cards (Interac), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Payment Exceptions

We will not accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments on business or property taxes.

Online Payments

You may do the following things online: Payment for these licenses and permits must be made with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card.
Renew or apply for a Cat, Dog or Pigeon Licence
Pay for a Parking Fine
Apply for a Home Based Business 
Apply for a commercial location business licence
Apply for an Inspection (contractors only)
Apply for a Mechanical Permit (contractors only)
