Did you know?

Understanding the zoning of a property tells the owner what kinds of things can be built. For example, if an owner wanted to remove an existing structure and build a duplex or a four plex on their property, the zoning information would determine whether that is allowed.

A zoning confirmation letter is written confirmation from the City stating what zoning applies to the property indicated in your application. If you require confirmation, please go to the Zoning Confirmation Letter Page. There is a fee for a confirmation letter.

There are 13 residential and six commercial zonings.
