Lot Grading Approvals - Commercial or Multi-family
The City requires new developments to conform to their approved Surface Drainage Plan (Lot Grading Plan). Therefore, when applying for a development permit for land zoned for any use other than single detached housing or semi-detached housing, the developer must submit a Surface Drainage Plan (Lot Grading Plan) to Drainage Services for approval.
In addition, once final grade is established or landscaping is complete, Final Grade Approval is also required.
