Volunteer Application Process

All applicants are required to complete the application process.

There are two ways to sign up for a volunteer position:

  1. Apply online at myVolunteerPage.com. Search Edmonton, Canada for a listing of all available volunteer positions.

    Fitness and Leisure Centres

    Fort Edmonton Park

    Golf Courses

    John Janzen Nature Centre

    John Walter Museum

    Muttart Conservatory

    Northgate & Central Seniors Recreation Centres 

    Prince of Wales Armouries

    Valley Zoo

    You only need to create one login and password to volunteer for any attraction or recreation centre. Once you have completed your profile, and if you meet the minimum requirements of the position, you will be contacted by the Volunteer Service Program Coordinator with an invitation to attend the next New Volunteer Orientation Session.

  2. Complete the Recreation Facility Volunteer Application form.

Confirmation

You will be contacted by phone and/or email to confirm that your application has been received and is under review.
