- Large gymnasium dividable into 3 full-size gymnasiums
- Playing space for basketball, badminton, soccer, volleyball, futsal, martial arts, or other activities
- Indoor jogging/walking track suspended above the gyms
- Spectator seating
- Change rooms and washrooms
