Registered Programs and Daycamps

The City of Edmonton offers programs, courses, and daycamps for all ages.
How to Register for a Program or Course
Adult Programs
Adult registered programs and courses include dance, visual art, crafts, and fitness classes as well as sports lessons and outdoor pursuits. Most of the adult courses are for ages 18 and older but some of the courses are available for youth ages 16 and older.
Child Programs & Daycamps
Activities for children ages 6 to 14 include arts and crafts, animals and nature, cooking, dance, mutli-activity, music, science, sports, bike riding, and theatre programs and daycamps.
Family Programs
Activities for families to share.
Persons with Special Needs Programs & Daycamps
These programs and daycamps are designed for persons with special needs who may have reduced mobility or developmental disabilities but are still able to participate in recreation and sports. Check each course description for specific instructions as some programs require an assitant to attend.
Preschool Programs & Daycamps
Preschoolers ages newborn to 6 years-old will play games, listen to stories, make crafts, sing songs, and use their imagination. Programs and daycamp themes include animals and nature, arts and crafts, bike riding, cooking, dance, multi-activity, music, and sports. Check each course description for specific instructions as some programs require parents' participation.
Seniors Programs
These programs are designed for older adults who may have reduced mobility. All adult programs are also open to seniors.
Youth Programs
Youth programs include Red Cross babysitting courses, dance, fitness, sports, and outdoor pursuits. Most programs are for youth ages 12 years and older. Some of the adult programs and courses are also open to youth 16 years-old and older.
