Pilates
Ages: 18+ years
Experience the mind-body approach towards fitness. Based on Joseph Pilates classical mat repertoire, this non-impact exercise will help to reduce your stress and fatigue and increase your strength, flexibility, balance and your energy level. This class is beneficial to a broad range of individuals with varying fitness levels.
Pilates Level 1 (Introduction/Beginner) is designed for those who have no experience or little experience with the method.
Pilates Level 2 (Intermediate) builds on exercises from the introductory course and adds new exercises.
Pilates Level 3 (Advanced) builds further from the basics by adding options to increase the intensity of the exercises.
Tennis Lessons - Adult
Ages: 18+ years
This level of instruction is for beginners or those wishing to brush up on the basics. Lessons cover basic shots, forehand, backhand, serve, return, and volley. Rules of the game and beginner strategy for singles and doubles are also covered. If you'd like to find out the meaning of 'LOVE' and learn how to keep the ball in play, these lessons are for you.

This Latin dance inspired workout is jus the thing to get you moving. Enjoy a cardio workout during this one hour, fun, and exciting class.
