Make new friends, learn new skills and have a blast at City of Edmonton daycamps! We have a range of fun activities taking place year-round across many of our Community Leagues, Attractions and Recreation Facilities.
Summer Fun at the City of Edmonton!
The City of Edmonton has daycamps to suit everyone from age 3 ½ to 17! Spend the summer exploring the river valley, trying a new sport, discovering your creative side or experiencing life as a pioneer.

Community Summer Programs:
These Community based recreation programs are chosen in partnership with community leagues to meet the unique needs of their community.

Community Summer Day Camps are in your neighbourhood, usually hosted in your Community League Hall. These programs cover a variety of themes and are available for children ranging from preschool to tweens! Early-drop off and Late-pick up are available for registered day camps.

Interested in volunteering at a City of Edmonton daycamp? We’re looking for youths (13-17) to help! We have lots of opportunities this summer!
Registration Procedures for all Summer Programs
Registration for Community Summer Programs begins May 1, 2012 at 9am
You may register by phone, internet or in-person at any City of Edmonton Recreation Facility. Registration is required for all daycamps.
- Online: edmonton.ca/eReg
- Phone: call 311 or any City of Edmonton Recreation Facility to register.
- In-Person: visit any City of Edmonton Recreation Facility
Tips:
- If you don't already have your eReg PIN,apply for it now so you're ready to go on March 19 for online ordering
- If you're registering by phone, have the course codes available (listed in the brochure)
- You can register in-person at any City of Edmonton Recreation Facility, not just the ones where daycamps are held.
Withdrawing or Transferring for Summer Daycamps at City Facilities
You can transfer immediately into another program, subject to availability. Withdrawals and transfers are permitted without penalty up to 15 days prior to the program start date. A $10 administration fee will apply if a withdrawal or transfer is requested 15 days or less prior to the program start date. If the program has started, a $10 administration fee will apply, and a prorated balance of the program fee will be refunded.
Withdrawing or Transferring Procedures for Community Summer Programs
You can transfer immediately into another program, subject to availability. Withdrawals are permitted without penalty if registrants withdraw prior to the first day of the program or if the program is cancelled by the City of Edmonton.
