Checking Facility and Ice Availability on eReg FAQ
- 1. How do I search for available ice times or facility availability?
- Click Facilities/Availability tab.
- Select Facility Availability Search. ( Required )
- Select the (All) locations or a specific location.
- Click Next.
- Select Function and Facility Type (where applicable).
- Click Next.
- Select desired date range, day(s) of the week, time range and booking time.
- Click Search.
- 2. Can I book ice time on eReg?
No. Search for available ice times, then call 311 (requests will be processed Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm) or email Bookings and Information to request an ice time.
A Booking Coordinator will process a licence agreement for your signature and request payment. You can make your payment either by Visa, Master Card or American Express.
